Test principle
Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) catalyzes the reversible reaction:
The bidirectional reaction is monitored spectrophotometrically by measuring the increase in NADH at 340 nm in the forward reaction, and the increasing rate of absorbance is proportional to LDH activity.

Unopened: Store test kits at 2 - 8℃ protected from light. Stable to expiration date printed on individual vials (for 15 months).
Opened: Store test kits at 2 - 8℃ protected from light. Stable for 1 month if kept capped from original container and free from contamination.
